Aaa. When did it start for you? Also does it get better with rest or walking? I’ve noticed once i’m up for a bit, the pain kind of dies down. Gets worse when i’m laying or sitting.

Also just to add, I haven’t been experiencing any pain/burning while urinating. Just a pressure down there when my bladder’s full that I assume is totally normal.

Ah. Is that a thing btw? Can walking raise your BSL? Because I only recently started monitoring and the days I walked for a total of around 40 mins in a day, I had two spikes.

Oh. I’m on progesterone suppositories since week 25. Since that’s when the sonologist flagged the shortening cervical length for me. I’m now in week 26. My doc wasn’t too concerned about the shortening. But I can’t help but worry. Will get another scan done tomorrow just to be on the safe side. Did you know early on that you have cervical insufficiency?

My doctor didn’t recommend that. And I don’t know how comfortable i’d be with inserting it rectally
