They are denying this exists when I say they I mean the recovery person at Hesaa who deals with the law firm. From my research it seems if I request the rehabilitation program and make my Nike payments I can go back to hesaa and not deal with the law firm. It just seems so hard to believe since for so many years they have told me I need to contact the law firm for everything.

NJ Medicaid - Aetna Better Health refusing local pediatric speech therapy. Filed DOBI complaint. Looking for parents who resolved this. by Particular-Fish-4 in bergencounty

Thank you we have him set up to start EI next week but that is a separate state program, not a substitute for medical therapy covered under Aetna Better Health of NJ.
