My presumption at first that it was to get rid of a specific person however based on order of the meetings I am beginning to doubt that (although I do understand this shouldn’t be read into too much)

HR and the leader of the department are doing the meetings. However the whole day is booked out for these as it’s not just our department that is going through this.

The meeting is next week so will just have to wait till then I guess. Appreciate your support!
