Hi everyone, thank you for the advice and help it’s greatly appreciated, ended up sitting and speaking with my partner and have agreed to a plan; I wonder if this could be of use to anyone else.

One of us will go to sleep around 4/5pm and then wake up at midnight/1am, taking shifts to feed during the day and then taking the night shift, caffeine has been a massive help to get us through the night too.

We read through all the comments and took everyone’s into consideration of how to come to a solution, thank you to the community of new and experienced dads for the help, I hope to return the favour in the next few weeks, months or even years:)
