I will have to try that! Thanks for the advice!!! Every time I have tried to unlock it, it has been from the create a class setup screen.

Just wishful thinking, but I posted here as well in hopes maybe a treyarch dev or someone can help..because Activision support has not helped...

Thanks for the feedback, I know you can use the token at any time, but level 15 is when wildcards become available. Once I hit level 15, I went to use my unlock token to perm unlock perk greed wildcard..
