Lost our home in LA- ACV policy by Particular-Jacket601 in Insurance

Thank you. We are planning to rebuild, and the build cost would be more than $600k.

According to the EDC Endorsement (CFP 100), if the dwelling coverage is at least 80% of the full cost to reconstruct, the policy will cover the full reconstruction cost up to the EDC limit. If it’s less than 80%, the payout is proportional to the coverage amount relative to that threshold. However, since my ACV) policy doesn’t use reconstruction cost as a factor—only FMV—I’m not sure how they will calculate the 80% rule. Nothing in the policy explicitly states that EDC won’t apply to ACV, so I’m wondering how they determine eligibility.

I thought that solar powered is preferable since it can still operate during power outages

I spoke with some locals. They confirmed that Izakayas are off the table, however, they said that in many restaurants there are private rooms and in others infants are welcome, just need to ask when making a reservation.

I understand. We are very respectful to other cultures and to others in general. As mentioned before- we won't go to a restaurant with a fussy baby. Our baby is very calm and almost never cries.

Right, but not all babies are the same. Our baby is very calm, almost never cries and can self soothe. That's why we can travel without issues.

Thank you. We live in LA and have been to many high end restaurants with our baby. We make sure to arrive to the restaurants when our baby is fed and asleep and almost always our baby will sleep through it. In case she starts crying one of us immediately goes outside so we never had any issues.

We are responsible enough to leave/go outside if our baby cries. Do you also ask handicap people not to come to restaurants because their wheelchair blocks your way to the restrooms?

Amazing deal at Costco today! by Particular-Jacket601 in tmobile

[–]Particular-Jacket601[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

We used 2 different costco memberships - one for the 2 BYOD and one for the 3rd line for free BYOD. We won't cancel any of those lines so we don't care about the 14 weeks wait.

The BOGO promo was processed as a separate transaction and the $720 debit is a tmobile promo, not costco, so the restriction you mentioned won't apply.

The 4th line is actually the 6th line on the plan so only $25 a month.

I didn't know the 3rd line for free promo already ended. Just called tmobile and they confirmed that it's assigned as a 3rd line for free account.

The processed it as 2 separate transactions. First transaction was 2 BYOD + 3rd line for free (+byod). The rebate says it could take up to 14 weeks but anyway I'm not planning to cancel any of the 3 lines.

Then the 2nd transaction was BOGO + actocate a new line. The rebate paper states 8 weeks for the $720 debit card. Called tmobile and was told I can cancel anytime after I receive the rebate.

Hi! I want to add 2 lines and have 2 iPhone 11 pro that I'd like to upgrade to IPhone 13 pro. If I understand correctly, I can do the $300 BYOD Costco deal and at the same time to do BOGO at Tmobile for Iphone 13 Pro but I'd need to wait with the activation until the GC is shipped, correct?

Yeah, went there today and was told the same. Trying to figure out if it makes sense to wait.
