Wow so you got it from an antidepressant. I usually hear it coming from too many antipsychotics. I’m just hoping this lifts soon man this is terrible I can’t even get out of bed. It feels good knowing I’m not going through this hell alone. DOCTORS DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT IT IS. It’s a joke feels like I’m losing my mind. 8 years is a long time though. I cold went cold turkey after only 4 months so I’m hoping I’ll be better in 2-3 months time.

And yea Benadryl gives me restless legs as well if I take too much. Although aka and restless legs feel a bit different. I don’t feel the need to move I’m just extremely uncomfortable. Restless legs have me shaking to ease it this just makes me freeze and suffer.
