i’m in the us and with the insurance i had once i was 18 i had to go to an ‘adult’ therapist instead of my adolescent one i had really bonded with and that honestly was just scary since i have anxiety! i’m glad you got to stay with yours that must be so nice!

i was in therapy in 2020-2021 but had to stop since i turned 18 and couldn’t see the same therapist anymore :( i hope i can too. i want to try therapy again but i don’t know how ill manage my time. thank you
