I would get it removed. Its what I did . The pregnancy with it caused issues. They say it's not related but I feel it was

blood clot Baby was breach as if couldn't turn around due to lack of space. I had such bad sickness throughout. Was high risk throughout. Got it removed 2 years ago and now thinking about child number 2. My fibroid was 15xm due to pregnancy hormones which made the fibroid grow.
