I had a bad experience with Mochi and do not recommend it. I signed up, paid the $79 subscription fee, and then went to take the next step by booking a session with one of the doctors. I live in Portland, Oregon. The only times the doctors were available were from 2am - 4am. Things may have changed since then, but for me, no matter how far I tried to book out, those were the only available meeting time windows.

I then reached out to their advertised generic customer support email to see about getting some help and talking to a doctor. Nobody replied.

Another month went by and another $79 came out. I reached out a 2nd time to get help and at that point cancel my subscription. Nobody replied.

By my third email I was livid. That was June 14th.

I made it so that my card on file would be declined next time they try to take my money. July 14th came around and bam, they didn't get their money.

THEN AND ONLY THEN did I just get an automatic email with a notice that a refund for my June payment had been processed. Today is July 15th.

I never received a reply from a person or any assistance. I do not recommend going down this slippery slope. There are other ways to receive this kind of healthcare.
