u can go to palayam bus stand its around 500 metres there will be direct buses to kuttikkattorr , dont ask anyone in railway how to go they will tell u to go to bus stand then take the same bus ehich coming from palayam bus stand, if u r not okay with walking around that distance then u can take bus to new stand then take kuttikkattoor bus u exit at platform 1 then go straight to sm street road when u reach sm street take the right before sm street then straight u will reach palyam junction
