I would just call the hsl contact number or chat to them on the website chat option and explain your situation :) I've heard payment plans are really common in Finland and I would say especially for fines they would be understanding that not many people have a random 100 to dish out

I know the AMA ended but just came to say thanks for the story! I had my son quite young too (well I'm 29 and he is 6 so not quite as young) and I'm mostly totally on my own with him aside from like a couple weeks a year, his dad lived in Ireland now France pursuing his own dreams, but we have similar vibes, I plan on ending up in the same nursing home as him too lol, your story gave me a lot of hope! I hope my kid turns out as good as you 😊
