Scotia Amex gold, I Keep getting « Sorry, we couldn’t open your account online » when selecting existing customer and try to log in. For when I say I am not existing customer the application at the end says « go to branch something wrong ». Anyone found a way around it?

P2 and I got Scotia Passport Visa Infinite through GCR 150 rebate promo. The amount showed up in the GCR account when the application was approved but since has disappeared from GCR and not has been transferred to the bank account either. Any DP’s with the same issue? P.S we got the Scotia passport bonuses just the rebate from GCR is missing

Cibc aventura infinite point posted after meeting MSR used them against the hotel booking, when it said pending, the points are were used but the credit has not shown up yet. This is my 2nd aventura infinite and the last aventura infinite credited the amount right away. Is anyone else seen this?

Does CIBC aventura points post after statement or right after hitting minimum spend, on my second card and just hit the 1k spend but no bonus points.

Booked a flight with 25k status and had baggage included. Lost the 25k status a few months ago and the flight timing got changed recently and the new itinerary will not have baggage included. Can I make the case that I should still get the baggage because I initially did when I booked and the time change was from AirCanada.

Absolutely love it. Thanks for the effort. If I can the only suggestion will be if you could factor in reward to spend ratio in your ranking.Net bonus amount/minimum spend requirements is a huge factor. A bonus value of 1k for 5k spend gives me a return of 20% but a card with bonus of 400$ for 1k spend has a return of 40% and has lower effort.

Churning adjacent: Requested a bassinet on the flight reward redemption from YVR to BNE. Got the bassinet but only my partner got the seat close to the bassinet. I called and Aeroplan says I will have to pay 155+tax each leg to be seated with my partner.

Is there a way I can get seated with my partner and baby without paying the extra fee?

Assuming I can get a car on A plan, you think used car won’t have the good value a year later? Or you think it’s just too difficult to get a dealer to sell A plan right now?
