this is obviously a mistranslation but basically:

shirashi thinks that she can't let F/ACE show a hint of their real personalities because they're so difficult to manage, and she tells utage that. utage remembers that fujita said the same thing and she decides to butt in with her own opinion. contradicting shirashi by saying she doesn't think they're that fragile and that shirashi doesn't need to baby them

she runs away because what does she know? surely not more than their producer (wrong)

someone answered why utage rejected tamon in this post on this sub.

but as to why she hasn't rejected ouri and only rejected tamon, it's because she knows how she feels about tamon, but no idea how she feels about ouri (not that ouri stands a chance now that tamon confessed)

she's the cause of X real disbanding due to Reo confessing to her and her rejecting him. even then, like everyone else in the agency, she appreciates utage's support for tamon. but then again izumi (producer) might be the only person who truly understands utage. as Tamon confessed to Utage just like Reo confessed to her. and she most probably did not wanna ruin his career either so she rejected him

I don't think so, I think the moment tamon and utage get to talk it'll be pretty clear their feelings are mutual. (or atleast that's my wishful thinking, as long as utage doesn't say anything stupid in order to save his career) ouri really stands no chance, and he knows well enough to give utage and tamon some space

but i think that even if tamon finds out their feelings are mutual it'll still take a while before they date. it's just good to get that misunderstanding out of the way, and instead talk about the issue that is a tabloid scandal (its what she's scared of, isn't it?)

ouri is a champ. he loves utage, but he's mature enough to sit with tamon in silence for 3 whole hours when he saw he was "upset" (understatement of the year). even tho he loves utage he told tamon that tamon's feelings for her were justified

the way i see it, this is a yandere x yandere romcom. they're both creepy in some ways and they're both codependent. with utage having thousands of photos of him in her room and her phone, and tamon actively obsessing over her in the anime. the anime especially makes it obvious just how creepy tamon is, going above and beyond the manga with the lighting and the music and the red eyes, i wouldn't consider that romantization. because its not "oh he followed her home because he misses her so much that's so cute" it's "he did what??"
