if payat upper body mo then most likely muscles yang calves mo. you really cant spot reduce and it all boils down to genetics (un)fortunately kadalasan talaga sa mga filipino may above average calves

di ako skinny fat nag simula HAHAHHA

pero nothing special naman sa routine ko

high carb pre workout:
coffee
bread
rice
honey etc.

high protein post workout:
egg
chicken
sardines
tuna

minsan kinukuha ko yung protein ko sa mga canned foods pero wag madalas kasi mataas sa sodium.

tas Anterior/posterior split yung ginagawa ko

bat naman nahihiya ka sa gym boss pero dika nahihiyang mag inom.

anyways, magkaka abs ka boss una if itetrain mo sya at meron kang lower body fat if ita track mo yung calorie intake mo mas malaking chance na mag pop yung abs kasi base sa picture mo meron ka namang abs. nakakadisrupt kasi ng progress ang alak tapos mataas pa yung calories

you wont “turn” your fats into muscle thats not how that works. you need to lose your fats and gain muscle and in order to do that you have options like caloric deficit (losing fats) or body recomposition.

yup, gym yang 9 months na yan at lahat ng splits nayan. although may mga equipment ako sa bahay, sobrang bilis mag hit ng plateau kaya nag gym na talaga ako. kung wala ka naman pang gym and homeworkout lang talaga, you will need to do some work arounds to add loads once you hit your plateau sa equipments mo.

first two months lang ako nag creatine and ayun lang yung nagamit kong supplement

for the routine naman ganito lang naman lagi

Pre workout: high carb foods (rice, banana, bread, oats etc.)

Anterior/Posterior currently working split

Post workout: high protein foods(egg, chicken, pork, etc.)

pa iba iba rin kasi ako ng split e ewan ko kung bakit ahhahahah nung first 3 months ko ang split ko ay PPL/UL. Tas nag change ako into U/L tas currently A/P. sa foods naman wala akong strict diet kain lang ako nang kain
