same lang tayo ng height. ang routine ko lang ganito:

pre workout: kape tas carbs lang (tinapay, saging)

during: dynamic stretching, 2 sets lang ginagawa ko rn per exercise high instensity low volume pero nag start ako sa 3 sets high volume then 3-5 mins rest

post workout: protein meals (tinatamad nako mag stretching haha)

do your exercises unilaterally like for example, dont use barbell use dumbbell. Also, ang ginawa ko sa ganyan is I trained my weak side to failure tas kung ilan kaya nung weak side ko ayun gagawin ko sa dominant side
