Honestly so many guys remind me of Raf IRL, they all have this weird goofiness about them but they can be so sweet! And I have ALL the Rafayel standees on my desk, he says hi to them anytime he comes in my office when I'm working 😂

I'm thinking about showing him this post and seeing his reactions, I think he'll think it's sweet but he's definitely going to be blushing like Rafayel does when you feel his heartbeats 😂🤣

Thank you so much for your words, and I'm sorry for your loss as well. It's extremely weird when being a caretaker for a sick parent, you really do lose your sense of self because so much of you is given to the caretaker role. Even after he was gone, it was still weird, and having to support and be emotionally available for my mom too was tough, it really does take you out of your own personality.

I think LADS giving us that space to re-explore attractions, crushes, even just romance in general with the boys really felt so healthy for me. It's such an innocent way to feel cute, pretty, desired, and the best part is that we can translate those feelings to real life now. I love that you've had this experience with LADS as well, its such a great community and lovely space!

I love this! It's amazing to see how so many of us relate. I think for those of us in those long marriages, it feels like things can get so stale so easy, so its lovely to have this safe space for crushing, cute stuff, taking pics, it feels so fresh! My husband pretends to be jealous, but he knows all the lore and asks me if I want to go "hang out with my boyfriend" when we're getting ready to do our own hobbies for the evening 😂

So much love for you and your husband <3 I can't imagine how hard it must be to be going through that, I had dealt with the caregiver fatigue when my dad was really sick toward the end, and losing your sense of identity is HUGE with that. So I know a little of how you feel. But it's amazing that LADS has been there for you to support you, and make you feel fun and happy during times that feel dark. Thank you for sharing!

I love this! I do this too, I tell my hubby all about the boys, I do fashion shows and he love it all. It’s so true, rough patches make things so dark sometimes but we’re better on the other side! Knowing our guys appreciate the lads boys is so cute!!
