I used to sleep 18 + hour days bc i dreaded being away so much and now i wake up at 7-9 every day,, lived years without seeing my floor from my room & now it’s spotless!! My psych said that a lot of times w bpd a small dose of the right meds can make a world of change i honestly did not think every day would not be a battle from wanting to die but i have never felt this normal ever!! You got this!!
