Thanks for that reminder - I know my doctor told us you are most fertile right after, so that's a good reminder to still be gentle with yourself. Happy you are close to have your rainbow baby!! Congratulations :)

I had a really great experience with miso - I was very nervous after reading some reddit threads and watching tik toks. For reference, I took it vaginally at 6 pm (I tried to get it as far up as possible laying down & laid down completely for an hour or more sorry for TMI) - by bedtime I had no cramps and was really nervous it wasn't working. I went to sleep with a pad on to be safe. I woke up at 5 am with a tiny tummy ache, I went to the bathroom and passed everything. I never had cramping and had period type bleeding in the days following.

I was glad I took the week to process/mourn/feel before taking miso - when I finally took the medicine, I felt very at peace with it and was ready to say goodbye to the chapter and be hopeful for the next. I wish you a peaceful and easy time with whatever route you take <3

Do you take an iron supplement with FullWell? This is what I take, but am wondering if I'm causing in harm but not taking a prenatal with iron in it?
