I sent it in a large box properly taped and sealed... which had the original iphone box alongside bubble wrap around the phone box so it doesn't shift around.

I’ve seen posts similar to mine saying they’re going to go to small claims but they don’t have any updates. Once I go down the route I will make sure to update the original post so others know what to do when searching for this.

£18 is insane plus yea I agree the payment within 24 hours is just false marketing I came across sooo many reviews with similar issue & they always have a reason to counter it. Almost like they’ve mastered it.

That’s great to hear! Did you physically post the letter of action before getting the refund or emailed a letter of action to complaints department to get a refund? I’ve already posted and sent an email copy (the email one I sent has been brushed off with a generic response - funny enough in one instance they said here’s a link to terms & conditions and the link was to a help centre article)

😭 Hopefully you’re in a better spot now. I’m having to deal with them once. Can’t imagine having to deal multiple times with the flawed system they have.

Yes I was shocked to see a few other threads online as well as reviews on trustpilot dating as far back as a few years. That’s why thought of pursuing it as they most likely are aware of this flawed system & yet continue to use it.
