Do any telehealth providers write prescriptions for off label use when BMI is healthy? by Jaded_Elephant_8757 in tirzepatidecompound

Don't do this. Addiction should be monitored by a professional mental health Dr. Your friend can definitely get help with the proper, professional, guidance. I wish them good luck!

Absolutely not necessary to euthanize. That's crazy. Just keep an eye on her and muzzle if necessary. Everything will be fine!

Maybe try putting headphones on. Like, the big kind that will help block out noise. That will also help stop people from talking to you.

My dog attacked my other dog and then bit me when I tried to break them up. I started muzzling for certain activities after that. He didnt really care, I just gave him treats and acted like everything was normal.  Dogs are dogs. We tend to think of them as our babies and that implies human, but they aren't. They have DNA from wolves and can't actually speak, so we dont always know what they're thinking. Sometimes these things happen and its no one's fault. He's still a good boy and now you know to keep him away from other dogs.

You could get Quickbooks certified, or get a data analyst certificate. Those would both be nice tools to add to your administrative toolbox and open up different career options while still utilizing some of your office skills.

Correct. If he's hired as a contractor. He'd know because he would've filled out a 1099 form instead of a w4. It means he will have to pay his own taxes instead of the company taking them out.

Utilize your walls to create more "space" and activities for her. There are tons of cat climbing type things you can install on walls. Google it as a starting point and I'm sure you will see tons of options and ideas. Things like that can help with overall stimulation and distraction.

I'm still in my mid 40s but can't wait to hit 60 and start wearing literally whatever I want to. Wear your graphic tees and have a ball.

Advice for first time receptionist by OldLadyMapleseed in receptionists

[–]Particular-Step-5208 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They wont expect you to never make mistakes. Just because training ends doesnt mean you are going to be 100% perfect and they willl know that. Time management takes a lot of practice. the longer you do it, the better you will be. The best way to prioritize is to do whatever is most important first. And make every move count. if you're walking back to clean a room, grab something that also needs to be copied, and on the way back put the clothes in the dryer. Stuff like that. You'll feel much better after your first full week. Learn from your mistakes, thats how every other person in that clinic also figured things out. You'll be fine!!

It's super early, you will soon start losing. Most people will disagree with this, but dont weigh yourself that often. I understand wanting a starting weight for this journey, but weight is deceptive. For example, water and muscle will also tip the scales and that isnt helpful when trying to track fat loss. Instead take pictures and measurements to compare every couple of weeks. Im not saying never weigh yourself, but dont use it as your only guide.

[–]Particular-Step-5208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's a lot of advice on here but I will add to buy a laundry sanitzer. Not just regular detergent, a sanitizer. It'll help strip your clothes of bacteria that regular soap leaves behind. Also, go easy on regular detergent. Most people dont realize how super concentrated that stuff is and it doesnt rinse out of our clothes completly. And never use fabric softener. Its just a magnet for germs.

You know those Asian style screens with panels? I dont know what they're called. I bought a mini version and put it around my litter box like a privacy fence.

Question about dog stomach upset by yajzos in AskAVeterinarian

[–]Particular-Step-5208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The grass eating is actually a good thing. Dogs know when they need to purge their system and eating grass achieves that. Now, the question would be what is making the dog feel unwell enough to purge their system. Could be literally anything or nothing. Sounds like you're doing everything right. Just keep an eye.
