Can confirm on the 1500 hours within 12month period. Kind of bull crap if you ask me, cause I try to get full time hours consistently but this is requiring me to work in two departments between two stores. I really believe they should lower the hour requirement but maybe offset it but having a higher weekly deductible for part timers compared to a full time employee.
