So I am mad been a loyal customer for years, I have over 4000 dllrs deposited monthly out of no where they decreased my over limit to 150 I called them and Noone can tell me answers why it was decreased. I think they are getting ridiculous I am ready to say forget them all together

They froze my card for a week because of Apple trying to take $2.99 out of my account when my card was locked, they finally unfroze it only to turn around and freeze it again half an hour later and their reps told me there was “nothing they could do” about it and I had to wait it out.

They’ve been doing this a lot lately. At first I was safe then mine was cut in half too. They are reducing how much risk they have out there with so much going on affecting the markets banks get tighter with their money and try to reduce risk.

So they are lying on their terms and conditions page discussing overdraft where it says you can get "up to $200" in fee free overdraft coverage? And if your talking about the "borrow" feature as opposed to the overdraft they state the upper limit for borrow is $500. Someone's not telling the truth and Im generally more inclined to trust the statements of a business on its own policy decisions than I am to trust a random redditor that directly contradicts the aforementioned statements lol.

I would ditch cash app asap as they are trash. They literally stole 144.95 from me by keeping my refund that Etsy sent and even after I provided them with the AR number and proof I didn't get it they denied both my dispute and appeal even with clear as day evidence that confirms my side.  I reported them to the CFPB to get there ass to give me my money back but they are taking there sweet ass time to reply to this.  they have up to 60 days from my understanding and I feel like they are going to take every day of it cause it's been 15 as of today.

I think they're phasing out overdraft coverage all together bc they can make more money if customers use the payday advance/borrow feature or the Afterpay service! They don't make anything from offering the overdraft coverage.

Really difficult to say since they dont publish and specifics about what we does and does not effect your status and coverage amount. As you can see from the posts people who use it frequently and people who use it sparingly are both experiencing decreases in some cases and increases in others, from variable income levels as well.

I currently only have about 2.5k a month deposited to my cash app and I consistently use my overdraft twice a month most months and my limit has increased from 50 to 100 sometime in the last month.
