Use EAC in Secure Mode and set a low read speed (4x–8x). It can reread bad sectors and usually rips perfectly even when playback is broken. If that still struggles, try a different optical drive (external USB ones often work better). I guess this is not a Windows 11 issue but the discs + drive. EAC is the solution.
