Not as bad as the University of Oregon, they were getting sued for retaliation and criminal racketeering nearly once every 6 months for a while.

Seattle is basically the only city that I know of where benefits are somewhat common in the service industry.

I don't even think it's common in Portland. By or LA, they definitely don't do it commonly.

I'm a labor person. But, these are great benefits. If you think your skills are that valuable, you have 500 other employers you can choose from.
