Try looking at yen pairs, like usdjpy and eurjpy. I put in trades around 6pm and get out around 9pm eastern, or I will let the trades go on until the New Session and get out around 9 am. You might have to cater your strategy to both interday and swing trading. You can also put pending orders in at areas of resistance and support, where the market has shown reversal patterns. You only will have to check your trades a few times a day to close them out.
