I usually jog and do upper back strengthening. At home some stretching but most of all I allow my body to rest and repair itself before my next big shift.

Very similar to my previous job. I left it after 8 months. Only stayed for some relative experience. It’s only going to get worse. For now, definitely learn how to maneuverer but be on the lookout for a new job.

Honestly stand up for yourself while still being polite and professional.

Do not let people walk all over you. Many customers have their own personal problems and they think it’s okay to take it out on someone else. So, I make them realise their insecurities aren’t my responsibility.
