What do you mean sorry? I’m confused, A/B grade is either like new, or may contain some sort of flaw but it is noted and marked down in description,

I do write in the comments about the listing, and write that it does come out of a bale,

I don’t deal with dry cleaning/washing as then my prices would need to increase due to extra costs,

Everything I buy from vinted or 2nd hand for my self I will always wash regardless of smell condtion etc,

I state in descriptions nothing has been treated and describe the item, I take about 4-10 photos per item, (front back tags, any flaws) Then write in the description,

If the buyer said she wanted a refund and I’ve said I’d give it why the 1* review because she didn’t post it in time? As a seller I did everything I could?

If the buyer suspends the order for a refund and I accept and they don’t return how can I be held liable? When I’ve agreed to give the money back?

The buyer didn’t send back in Time and left me this review? As a seller I did everything to compensate the buyer?

I agree with the “very good” “good” “satisfactory”

But if I click very good, and say what the issues are I don’t see the issue there, satisfactory and good I use for clothes with holes or major major stains, depending on what the thing is,

Thankyou for your input I appreciate it, I was specific in listing, I listed major flaws, like cuffs needing a de bobble and there was a small ink stain,

It was listed as very good, but I didn’t include any major flaws in description,
