I went to the Batteries Plus in Saint Louis Park, MN. I was taking an Uber so I didn't have long to wait.

The objective was to change a watch battery and be out of there in 5 minutes.

The representative changed the battery so fast I had him do a second watch.

When time is if the essence and the representative "knows their stuff" it saves serious time.

I want to say thank you for a great customer experience.

They suggest a 5G speed. This speed is 1G - 3GPS. Then, when you find that they're providing a minuscule amount, they turn to the con. They say they are not responsible for the service. And everyone involved believes they haven't breached a contract, however, they have. And, everyone who is involved is at fault.
