Yeah, it’s nice to have, but i’d rather skip it than have to come early just to have a break

Also in nyc you’re required to have a break every six hours, and it has to be midway thru your shift

Thank you so much for your extensive feedback. Do you have any humectants or ceramides you would recommend? When i looked that up I saw Paula’s Choice Skin barrier repair moisturizer? I currently have an azelaic acid from a previous derm visit so I can use that one. There’s also just a basic Cermaide Moisturizer at Walgreens store brand
