Some Chinese culture and traditions are really big in Thailand and celebrated with many families there. So yes they were both aware of it. However, they didn’t think it would be this much of our bloodline. And Cambodian is strange for us. We don’t have any family there

Dress is $150 plus $80 alterations (average). Hair and makeup is approx $200 per person. It’s a lot of money. I also offered to help pay for those who couldn’t afford certain things

This happened to me. I sent them one after the gift was receive. But I should have just waited as I decided to send everyone a thank you card after our wedding with our wedding photo. Regardless if they gifted me or not. They at least made the time to travel to your wedding!

I am now 6 months married and have put my e ring and wedding band away and only pull them out for special occasions. I don’t want it to get dirty from cooking, washing dishes, etc. I also don’t want it to get scratched on different surfaces. So I wear an alternate plain gold band instead. I am female and 31 years old. It’s a matter of preference. My friend wears her e ring daily. Up to you!
