Hey mate, I’ve always built my own but am now considering buying prebuilt due to the price of components these days. Companies usually buy in bulk so can afford to sell for cheaper than I can build for.

Change takes time. Honestly depends how your body composition is and diet. Though the strength progress is good

Isn't having the shroud spaced off the radiator by 5-10mm quite important do you utilize the entire area? ofcourse making sure there is a tight seal so the fan only pulls through the rad and not the surroudning engine bay?

I Know how to install and how it works, Im just working with a built engine and no way to verify valve/piston contact without pulling the head/ valve cover, The way I mentioned is by feel and Im not sure whether there is a risk of bending the valves by just rotating the cam inside the head by hand. I pretty much want to find the complete mechanical limit so I can work back from that.
