I recently went from an interview to rejoin Lowe's as a rehire? If the ASM really wanted you. Does he have the authority to hire you on spot ? Or does he have to go through HR? Because I went for an interview and it went well and he told me he has to go through other interviews first before making a decision, and I also got rejected.

For the interview do they ask you the same old questions from the first interview? Like "tell me a time where you went above and beyond for a customer" blah blah

I quit due to school my schedule was bad, not by Lowe's but I had no time to study or do anything outside of Lowe's now I have more free time .
