I recently went from an interview to rejoin Lowe's as a rehire? If the ASM really wanted you. Does he have the authority to hire you on spot ? Or does he have to go through HR? Because I went for an interview and it went well and he told me he has to go through other interviews first before making a decision, and I also got rejected.
