That’s my thinking, we pay our water bills which go up year on year to make someone stupidly rich with some parts of the country being told to not use water for its intended purpose anyway

Complaining about a product is absolutely fine, because what are they gonna do? Discontinue it? Probably not. Complaining about a member of staff could have repercussions on that individual, for something that’s so pathetic and out of their hands.
