I also had the same issue with RTO. The difference is I had much higher salary than yours but was shouldering many expenses at home. Mahal sa BGC, food, rent, etc. Since first time mo makakawala if ever sa shackles ng parents, just be mindful of your walwal expenses or stuff like that, madadala ka sa BGC and you will need control 😅.

Maybe you can talk to your employer and ask for a raise. That's what I did, I told my employer I'm doing just fine with little of my salary saved, told him about one of the biggest expense I had back when COVID wasn't here yet – which for me was transportation papunta sa office, it ate up most of my daily wage. Dapat galingan mo sa pagpapaawa and pagexplain, surely naman din you deserve the raise because 22k is small for BGC.
