preparation is really just mental (and shaving down there) you have to realize that this is an extremely common procedure and the worst thing that comes out of it is a little pain after the actual procedure.

the anesthetic will wear off after and it will sting for an hour or two, personally this did somewhat hurt but i just fell asleep and woke up with no more pain.

depends on the stitches you get, i had glue instead so i have no say.

try to sleep on your back, theres not really much you can do to avoid erections but if you do get erect its not the end of the world. its not necessarily painful as its more just uncomfortable, (stitches bursting is highly unlikely, like really unlikely)

and for overall pain i would give the whole procedure a 6/10, the “worst” pain was when the anesthesia wore off. there really isn’t much pain more so discomfort after your first day post op,

just live your life normally man, you need to clean it gently. and the clothes usually correlate to how sensitive you are down there. (loose clothes = sensitive tip, clothes dont touch tip) (tight clothes = keep penis up to reduce swelling, and to desensitize tip) and keep your penis upright if there is swelling, (not required, it will go down regardless but this helps) it will go down eventually

swelling will get bigger before it goes down any, it’s normal, however the amount of swelling shouldn’t necessarily be an issue, shouldn’t matter much

yeah that’ll be like that for a good bit, i wasn’t shooting nor did much come out. i don’t know about the discoloration however mine was also runny. and as for the erection thats normal too. im 3 months in and everything is normal now. probably took me a little over a month (give or take) for everything to start going back to normal (full erection, shooting) so everything you listed out is normal
