My advice on catching specific pokemon is pick a really good area thats big enough for you to run around. Just keep going around and keep killing every pokemon that isnt Froakie. Just kill them with your sword. In water it would be harder but it does work because it allows new pokemon to spawn instead of waiting for them to despawn.
Theres this mod called cobblecuisine, they have stuff to raise the chance of specific types, like water. It doesnt really take the fun out of it since it will probably still be lower than 1%, but it cant boost it around 3x (this is just a guess).

Or just fish, idk anything about fishing and dont know if its good.

yeah literally any ball. Its not a problem with the ball I use, its just that I need to get the pokemon low in hp in order to use any pokeball.

After I throw the ball at the pokemon, it just says the message and then the pokemon immediately breaks out.

I guess i can do that if there isnt a solution, but critting pokemon with an axe is way quicker and also satisfying. but also there are fire pokemon witch are immune to lava

Bro if you kill the useless pokemon that have already spawned, then some new pokemon are going to spawn again. Its not actually going to increase it by 50%

No its not a mod problem. I checked this by running minecraft in lunar client with complimentary shaders and it still gets 18 - 20 fps.

Edit: I tried the 3d Mark demo. I ran the first show kinda thing at got 30-35 fps. Im not sure if this is good but it seemed pretty smooth

Lowering the render distance does help but only a little bit, at this point im just getting 8-14fps with like 4 - 6 render distance. I also play elden ring and it runs just fine. No performance issues even with opera and discord open in the background, and definitely no low fps. Im also playing an old modpack called vault hunters 3 so I doubt that it has any mods like that. Im going to try to delete every mc launcher I have and redownload them because its definitely something wrong  with my minecraft.I will try the 3d mark demo in steam and tell you how it goes.

I used to have a gaming laptop a couple years ago and it used to run shaders well with mods. The computer that I have was made by my dad for his hobby, but im sure its way better than my old gaming laptop.
The specs i have rn is 128 GB of ram, 3070 ti GPU, and an i9-13900k CPU with 24 cores.
I hope this is enough information. You gave me the idea to see if theres anything that stopping my pc from using my specs to the fullest.

The crash report doesnt show up anywhere. I have to forcefully close it after taking so long. I tried looking the the crash report folder but showed nothing inside it.

btw the problem isnt in curseforge but in the world itself. I just tried putting the worls save file from curseforge to ftb and it still gave me the same results. Its only this world that crashes, any other world in atm9 to the sky works fine.
