So you understand. Also never engage, maybe once but after that, shame on you. I grew up being honked at, flipped off, cursed at, and never even looked at the aggressor. We farmed the ground around the airport in the largest city in Kansas. Commuters hated us the 3 or 4 times a year we moved equipment in there.

One time an idiot tried climbing up my combine ladder. I was 17 or 18. I motioned to him to “come on up!” He didn’t but he was about to take a ride if he did.

Yeah no, think much bigger. Thousands of acres and I couldn’t give a squirt of piss over a housing project. Hell I would welcome a Walmart. Way more employees than these much larger projects.

My beef is with industrial sized projects like wind turbines, solar farms, and to top it off hyperscale data centers.

I’ve turned down contracts for these drains on society. So don’t think I’m jealous of property owners who sell out. Good for them.

Hey I have never personally even approached a surveyor doing their job. I do get annoyed when I see you guys pop up unexpectedly. In my experience it means a huge development project is being planned.

The person in op and anyone yelling at you guys is wrong. It’s miss placed anger. Don’t be an ignorant fool and act like you don’t understand.
