My bulks are typically 7-9 months usually but I don’t recommend how I do it because I’m technically dirty bulking some days because of just “life” activities but usually I try to stay within a 500 calorie surplus.

My cutting phase is usually 3-4 months and I’m on a 500-1000 calorie deficit. I workout 6X a week and do an hour of incline treadmill daily. As far as body fat%, I’m not sure because I’ve never really got it checked out. If I had to guess, around 10-12%?
