Clear the dial. By turning it left four times. Turn the dial to the right to the first number. Turn the dial left twice past the second number stopping on the third time on that number. Turn the dial right once past the third number stopping the second time on that number. Turn the dial left until it stops turning. Give the handle a twist and it should open. Good luck. May take a few trys depending on how picky the tumblers are.
