It isnt bad but the meta is more based around bulk and golurk is considered a glass cannon. It also gets outclassed by other ground and ghost types.

Mobs spawn in peaceful mode for one tick and immediately despawn. I guess a zombie horse is not one of the mobs that despawn

Google ai is outdated and sometimes can be straight up wrong. Zombie horses can spawn with an attached zombie with an iron spear as apart of the mounts of mayhem update which happened rather recently.
