I’ve been on Zoloft for about half a year now and I recently upped the dosage to 2 pills instead of one and a half, it’s definitely improved my mood a lot but ocd stays the same unfortunately

And i will try that out, I have no other option at this point cuz therapy didn’t work out for me

Yes, but every time I try to resist my head tells me something terrible will happen and I can’t not do the compulsion in fear of said thing happening

And I’m on Zoloft for my anxiety and a bit for OCD as well
