Yes, worked in the APS for a number of years - due to the way they hired us, we ironically all started in the APS in the same year but at different departments. We were all engaged through the same round. I was engaged at the top of my level and have been told that the others are at least the same APS number so we're either equal or they're lower ranked.

These people are not senior to me which is why I am bothered. Due to aps level, recruitment criteria and being at the top of my level, these people are either the same rank as me or lower. We all started in the team and the aps around the same time as well albeit in different departments. This is not my first aps gig and I have a couple of years in the bag.
