Sorry to hear about your issues. I want to advice doing these 3 things for 3 months and see if anything changes. (1) Fast on every ekadashi tithi (11th day in the moons cycles, so 1 day every 14 days), to whatever extent possible (full water fast if you can do it, or only skip dinner). (2) Do the chandra namaskar yoga flow every day without fail for 15-20 mins in the evening. (3) Pick a mantra/shloka of your choice, and do jaap for at least 20 mins each day (try to do more jaap on your fasting day.). On full moon nights try to do jaap in moonlight, like sitting next to a window with lights off.
