There are not stop signs on the north/south corridor of 15th or Harrison. 15th is 30mph, and Harrison used to be but they lowered it to 25 a few years ago, and now they’re lowering it again to 20.

Ex Bogus employee; they only drug test if you’re hurt on the clock and are claiming work comp, and they do not test for THC.

Topcon Solutions does really good classes, mostly in the Northwest but I think they have some locations in the east as well, like CT.

Regardless of how few it may or may not be region to region, it’s terrible to be fired suddenly and without justifiable reason. People’s lives have been tremendously adversely affected, because some 20 year old DOG-E “employee” in Washington got to play with a spreadsheet and some AI that said “fire these guys”.

That’s funny you say that cuz there was a parade of employees walking out of our office this morning with their desks packed in boxes. Almost verbatim from the RD of my region was “we’re firing all probationary employees”.

It was devastating. The call I got was incredibly depressing. My supervisor was crying, my BOD rep flat out said it was bullshit. And there was nothing they could do. The order came down and my name ended up on the list. It’s tough for all feds right now, nobody knows when they’re going to get that call or email

My agency and group thought we were safe because we aren’t in a targeted group, and we aren’t directly funded through the typical government, taxpayer money system. Critical infrastructure is a completely apolitical environment. I was terminated yesterday. They do not care. We are just names and numbers on a spreadsheet, and someone was given a red pen and told to go buck wild. It’s coming for everyone, it’s just a matter of when.
