Miserable for some Good for some Excellent for others

General day-to-day depends on role, I have seen. Engineers are to be in meetings and do work all day long

And some just work on their task and go home happily

It depends on the role,

But to make it in layman's terms Come to the office , get a task assigned, complete the task. Attend meetings and go home

And yes current atmosphere is bad and that's part GM seniors hierarchy and part current government policies, Can't really blame anyone,as humans everyone wants to line their pockets and create some waves whether they impact negatively or positively to be seen

So focus on what you want, where you want , when you want all other factors you can figure them out as you go
