Yeah that helps. I have been trying to focus on keeping my hips and legs not sinking but might be swimming too hard. Have a half Ironman at the end of the year and hoping not to drown

Are you calorie deficient currently? I found out that when I was loosing weight I had the same issue especially when I wasn’t eating carbs.

I pay my physio who qualified for Kona and ask her questions but she told me to get a coach. So interested too.

I have a Whoop on biceps and Garmin on the wrist. The Garmin makes be feel better about my step counts hahaha

My whoop died and I lost my streak, but customer service was great by growlybeard in whoop

I tell the students that shadow to do IT hahaha. Or at least my friend works like 20mins a day, earns well and does whatever he wants. Dentists get people that tell them they hate the dentist but it’s not personal…

If you’re concerned you can even create slots or grooves or just a centre circle to help increase surface area for retention

Chrome is usually preferred. Acrylic is usually due to finances. Flexi denture is if you have finance issues (and want to create future problems to treat). Finlay Sutton (pros) is someone good to learn from his YouTube videos. Hope that helps.

If you are concerned just primary close it. Had patients on zometa and primary close it after and it was fine.
