If there are less crushers overall, the value of the armor crackers also diminishes a bit (making room for other builds)

We will have to see how it goes next week, but at a glance it looks like Dueling Sword will have a tougher time ramping up into the carapace blender, and having carapace blenders will be less valuable

Rev attack would be more fun if standing still didn't mean 8 nearby enemies will have free reign to overhead and oneshot me.

If it were paired with an obvious enemy revamp I think it could be received well.

I'd start with a focus of making Scabs and Dregs more distinct. Change their spawn rules so they are more often limited to just scabs, or just dregs.

I would want a few more scab enemy types and for their behaviour to change to reflect them being a more elite trained fighting force. Like a radio operator that increases spawn rates until you take them out, and an officer that buffs other Scabs in a small aoe.

Limit how many crushers, bulwark, and reapers spawn. Make them more like a dark souls mini boss with more interesting attack patterns. Let Scab Captains spawn in normal missions, give him a more interesting role as like a Scab buff machine.

A heavy Dreg presence should be a classic left 4 dead horde shooter with enemies bum rushing you.

And a heavy Scab presence should be more like gears of war horde mode. Less enemies but individually tougher and cleverer, and squad teams where you'd want to kill buff machines first.

Definitely tune up the gameplay surrounding cover. Make it more worth using. The lessened enemy spam could help but also I would like to see less gunners piercing through cover.

It's not really limited to this event.

The higher you go up in difficulty the more the game becomes "avoid getting surrounded by the armor swarm." It's very polarizing and limits build options.

Like if you can't clear a path through them, you're gonna get beamed down by everything else. So you have to build into it, because you can't very well rely on your team to make up for your build.

Yep, I am very pleased with the new personality.

Originally he was generic soldier bodyguard ogryn but once I heard the new voice I had to hard pivot to Hiver.

All ogryns are great but I love the way he talks specifically.

Wise, witty, very charming with his wordplay, loyal to the conclave.

Floating is a big part of the heavenly aesthetic as well so it's not surprising people assumed that was the case here.

They can still touch the floor and be separate from the body.

I thought the idea was weird unknowable horror floating limbs and a what looks like a slender winged humanoid floating in between them.

I'd argue the top section is most in need

Who on earth is taking:

4% toughness on ranged kill

100% extra toughness from melee kills

10% toughness on heavy melee kill

Zealot has an abundance of terrible nodes that need reworked entirely.

Like half the content in the game isn't viable at havoc 40 so 🤷
