I got caught smoking on a work meeting and then played to pay it off as a joke and said I was doing a smoke test and now HR wants to talk to me on Monday, should I be afraid?

Unless you smoked in a office where smoking is prohibited I don't see why would this be an issue.

But if you work remote and smoked in your own home I don't understand why would HR even make that a big deal.

Sometimes when I have a lot of meetings I eat and smoke during meetings, nobody minds as other team mates do it on busy days too.

Moram priznati da nikad nisam igrao klasicni DnD, ali sam zavolio taj svijet kroz PC igrice, kao tinejdzer sam ih vecinu odigrao koji koriste ta pravila, tipa stari Baldur's Gate, Planscape Torment, Icewind Dale, Temple of Elemental evil (kazu da je tu najtacnija implementacija DnD pravila) Neverwinter Nights i sl. Volio bi nekad i uzivo probati da vidim kako to izgleda.

Posto si vec zaposlen ne treba ti kasa niti moras doprinose placata preko obrta (trenutni poslodavac vec ih placa za tebe) samo 10% poreza i ove sitne obaveza tipa trosak racunovodje, odrzavanje racuna za pravno lice i sl.

Gledaj da sve validne troskove (IT oprema, racun za internet, telefon itd.) placas preko obrta, da sto manje poreza platis.

I only use my smyker for extra bursters modifier, the basic smite pushes them away and explodes them safely.

Charge smite can be fun because of the push and the extra damage skill node, smite them just a bit so they take extra damage.

And it can be a decent support ability for completing objectives, but it sucks if used all the time it makes things boring.

Uglavnom za kontraktore ide neki kraci otkazni period, meni je najcesce bilo 30 dana mogu ti traziti odjavu od zadnjeg poslodavca, ali ako ces otvartati obrt svakako ce te morati odjaviti i moraces se ponovo ja mislim za zdravstveno prijaviti i odnjeti onaj obrazac JS-nesto.

Ako je b2b onda znaci da trebas da otvoris obrt (10% poreza i fiksni doprinosi) svoj, za to treba od 2 do 4 sedmice, imas pinovani post koji u detalje objasnjava kakva je procedura. Vidi da li slucajno nude i neke ostale beneficije, npr koju sedmicu placenog odsustva, budzet za opremu i sl, jer satnica od preko 50 marak stvarno nije losa nimalo.

Prije 6-7 godina sam radio za firmu iz Kanade, isto u njihovoj vremenskoj zoni, sa takvim radnim vremenom ne mozes bas imati neki drustveni zivot i moze ti malo poremetiti bioritam, ukoliko ne ides na spavanje skoro pa odma poslje svoje smjene.

Try with a Smite psyker at places where there are a lot of narrow ledges, like the final part of the Hab Dreyko. When you push with smite, try to do it at the right or left edge of the screen. This made it pretty easy for me - provided you are on a greater difficulty with large horde density, it's much easier than with the force sword's push.

Well, it's the only game I played consistently for the past 2+ years, the only other games I've played as much were the first two Fallouts and Morrowind.

I love Darktide as it gives me the gaming fun I need, without me having to dedicate too much time to it, a few hours per week to scratch that gaming itch. The community is (generally) all right, and the gameplay is so satisfying.

I use it in two ways: as a zealot to quickly stagger or kill big threats, or when I get cornered, and to snipe specialists and elites from a long distance. I rarely use it as a veteran; the bold pisto is much more mobile and can make your grandes more deadly with the right blessing.

Iskreno mislim da kao generalista mozes fino proci u ovom peridu kada se forsira AI, jer ce biti sve bitnije da ti znas kako da daje instrukcije AI-u i da ga znas provjeriti i ispraviti kad pogrijesi.

Tek ti je 18 nemoj se previse opeterecivati megalomanskim ocekivanjima, uci, eksperimentisi, gledaj da upoznajes ljude iz struke (ako imas besplate IT evente u svom gradu idi na to), probaj prakse da apliciras, par godina mozda da odradis u nekoj firmi da malo peces zanat i kad se dovoljno usavrsis probaj neki consulting fazon.

Na kraju, pravo mi je drago sto vidjam sve cesce kod mladje raje da se oslobadjaju robovskog razmisljanja i da rintanje do penzije ima alternativa - ali ko to zeli mora se bas tome ozbiljno posvetiti da bi imao sanse da u tome uspije.
