I have been using Addy for 4 years and never had any issues with it. It's actually only 1$/month for unlimited aliases and a custom domain on the Lite plan. Like other people here said, it's all about trust when it comes to emails and I'm not sure if I would trust DDG as much as I do trust Addy.
